The application of LiderA involves assessing the performance level for the case under consideration (using the provided model), classifying the degree of sustainability pursued (from G to A++) based on the defined or existing information and solutions.
If you wish to improve performance, after the evaluation, you should identify improvement opportunities, assess their environmental, social, and economic contributions, select the appropriate opportunities, develop them, and verify their effectiveness.
If you wish to certify, you must obtain proof of the various aspects considered. LiderA certifies overall performance in the pursuit of sustainability.
It can also certify the pursuit of good performance in programmatic areas such as energy, water, materials and waste, risks, resilience, life cycle costs, among others.
It can include specifications for different typologies (residential, services, etc.).
