The LiderA System is developed and managed by the development and management team, whose functions are:

» In the development area – to develop the requirements, assess and approve thresholds and weightings, and carry out technical publications;
» In the management area – to promote the LiderA System and recognised and certified cases, ensure compliance with the LiderA code of conduct, and manage the system.
